Terms & Conditions – Please Read Carefully Before Purchasing:

• This is a pre-order, not a ready stock item (unless otherwise stated).
• All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations due to personal reasons will incur a deposit penalty charge.
• We offer worldwide shipping; however, shipping fees are not included (an invoice will be sent when the item is ready for shipment).
• The product release date may be delayed, so please ensure you are willing to wait for the actual release.
• For Deposit Orders: The remaining balance plus the shipping fee is due when the product is ready for shipment.
• For Full Payment Orders: The shipping fee is due when the product is ready for shipment.
• Transaction fees (e.g., PayPal) may apply to each product/payment.
• First-time buyers are encouraged to check out our FAQ page.
• Xsecret.my reserves the right to refund your payment if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Disclaimer:

Resin statues are inherently fragile, and while we ensure careful packing, we cannot guarantee they will arrive perfectly intact. Minor repairs might be required on your end (using gorilla glue), and we will assist with replacement parts from the studio if necessary. Since all products are handmade, slight paint imperfections may occur, which we cannot guarantee against. No compensation will be provided for these minor issues, but our after-sales service team is always here to help. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
