FAQ

Pre-ordering means the item is not ready to ship immediately. Here's how it works:

  1. Prototype Created: A prototype is displayed.
  2. Collecting Orders: Orders are collected (limited quantity) before production begins.
  3. Production Starts: Once enough orders are collected, production begins.
  4. Release and Shipment: After production, the item is released and shipped to customers.

Estimated release is usually 3-6 months but can vary. Delays are possible due to unforeseen circumstances, so make sure you're prepared to wait before ordering.

Sometimes studios may extend the pre-order period; you can still order if it remains open.

You can contact us for updates, or we will notify you when your item is ready for shipment.

If the estimated release date has passed, delays are common due to production challenges. Contact us anytime for updates.

Cancelations incur a deposit penalty. Make sure you're certain before ordering.

The deposit covers production costs and is non-refundable if canceled. Be sure you love the item and are willing to wait.

We occasionally have ready stock available for immediate shipment.
