What is "Found a Better Price"?
It means we honor the online advertised price of our competitor.
How does Xsecret's "Found a Better Price" work?
We will match our competitor's price if it meets the following criteria:
- The competitor's price must be clearly listed, and the item must be identical.
- The competitor must operate a valid domain website, e.g., www.toy.com or www.mytoyshop.com.
- Only online prices are eligible for matching.
How to request a Price Match?
On our product page, click the price match link. You will be directed to a form where you can submit the necessary details for the price match request.
Conditions where Xsecret will NOT match prices:
- If the competitor's lower price requires a coupon.
- Prices marked as limited time, limited supply, or limited quantity.
- Sale or discounted prices.
- Prices that require a loyalty card.
- Competitors' buy one, get one free offers or similar promotions.
- If the competitor's price is due to a typo.
- Prices from individual sellers on secondary e-commerce platforms.
- Prices from websites outside of Malaysia.
- In-store prices.
- Prices in currencies other than MYR.
- Bulk or wholesale prices.
- Sold-out or unavailable items from the competitor; we will only match in-stock items.
