1.Xsecret E-Gift Card/Gift Card
Xsecret E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are redeemable in the country of purchase and only for merchandise sold at on our website at www.xsecret.my. No fees of any kind will be charged against the unused balance of Xsecret E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.
Redemption of Xsecret E-Gift Card/Gift Card is only applicable in the country the Xsecret E-Gift Card/Gift Card was purchased. It cannot be redeemed in other countries. Xsecret E-Gift Cards are applicable to be redeemed on our website at www.Xsecret.my. Xsecret Gift Cards purchased in stores are only redeemable at Xsecret stores in Malaysia. Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the Xsecret E-Gift Card/Gift Card.
3.View your balance
You can view your Xsecret E-Gift Card/Gift Card balance when making a purchase. On the checkout page, select Xsecret Gift Card as a payment option and enter your card details. Your card balance would be shown thereafter.
No refunds are permitted with respect to cards.
5.Lost or stolen Xsecret E-Gift Cards
If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Xsecret E-Gift Card, contact us immediately. Xsecret E-Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase. Xsecret E-Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
Xsecret will not be liable for redeemed Xsecret E-Gift Cards if they have been stolen. Please do not display your Xsecret E-Gift Card number and PIN online.
You may not use a Xsecret E-Gift Card/Gift Card to purchase other Xsecret E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.
Xsecret E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Xsecret E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are void if they are reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused Xsecret E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards may not be transferred.

8. Risk of loss
Ownership and risk of loss of Xsecret E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Xsecret E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards. If you have any questions, please refer to the FAQ

10. Payment methods
Xsecret E-Gift Cards may be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard or American Express, bank transfer, paypal etc.
11. Delivery information and requirements for Xsecret E-Gift Card purchasers
All orders and successful delivery of Xsecret E-Gift Cards are subject to the approval of the purchaser's financial institution. Until the transaction is approved, your Xsecret E-Gift Card order may be cancelled or delayed.
If the date on which you want a Xsecret E-Gift Card delivered has passed and the recipient has not received an email confirmation with the Xsecret E-Gift Card details, please contact us. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.
We are not responsible for Xsecret E-Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact us if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her Xsecret E-Gift Card.
12. Reasons for failed delivery
If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the Xsecret E-Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder.
2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email.
3. Email inbox has exceeded its size limit.
4. Invalid email address.
If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to the recipient’s inbox, the email options/settings of the recipient will need to be modified so that our emails are not considered spam.

13. Personalized messaging
If you wish to add a personal message to a Xsecret E-Gift Card, simply type your message in the message field upon selecting a card design on the page. Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the Xsecret E-Gift Card email. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message. We do not read every gift message, but if we do find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to remove them. Thank you for your cooperation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions, Xsecret will not be liable for claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the Xsecret E-Gift Card/Gift Card including damages arising out of changes to or termination of the Xsecret E-Gift Card/Gift Card program or as a result of you or your recipient redeeming and/or using the Xsecret E-Gift Card/Gift Card. This applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
