We offer shipping to Malaysia and worldwide, Singapore,Thailand,US, UK etc. For the friends from other countries who cant find the shipping rate on the list, please do contact us for shipping rate!

RM5.9 for order below RM100
Free Shipping for order above RM100
East Malaysia:
RM15 For 0KG to 1KG
RM 20.00 For 1.1kg–2kg
RM 25.00 2.1kg–3kg
RM 40.00 3kg–5kg
RM 50.00 5.1kg–25kg
Your parcels are delivered using the following courier services DHL/ Poslaju
All addresses are unable to make any adjustment once already in processing.
- Same Day Delivery
Lalamove Schedule (Monday to Saturday),
Area: KL, Selangor, Putrajaya, Negeri Sembilan area only
- Normal Lane: RM30 (2 times slot per day)
- Priority Lane (after placing order and will arrange in 30 minutes)
: RM50 (Monday to Saturday), not available on Sundays

- First Slot:
- Cut-off: 1 PM ， Arrangement: 1:30 PM
- Estimated Arrival: 3-4 PM
- Second Slot:
- Cut-off: 5:00 PM， Arrangement: 5:30 PM
- Estimated Arrival: 6-8 PM
Priority Lane
Instant arrangement please confirm availability with customer service, cut off at 5:30pm, Saturday 3PM)
Saturday:
- Only one slot available, with cut-off at 1 PM
Important Note:
- On Saturday, cut-off for Priority Lane orders is also at 3 PM.
- Lalamove not available on public holidays
- For availability, please contact customer service.
- After 5:30PM placed Order will be arranged to Next working day 1st time slot
- Bigger item like half doll/ Full doll extra charges will occur, please contact customer service.
- RM30 will be waived if total order exceed RM1000
- Delivery Time
We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We hope our beloved customers might note that XSECRET does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can.
Office Hours are from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
